Details about the job:

  • Service areas include: Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Estero
  • We hire Full-Time positions ONLY
  • Pay: $700-$850 once full-time (typically 3 weeks, depending on how quickly you properly implement our training)
  • Must be comfortable working independently
  • Hard work and motivation are a MUST!

House cleaning can be tiring: must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Have at least¬†1 year of Professional Organizing experience
  • Comfortable knowing this will only be a Part-Time position

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily comprehensive support for sales, including creating and managing proposals.
  • Communicate frequently with the sales team to hand off¬†communications, capture information,¬†and¬†encourage customer loyalty.
  • Engage with field technicians in both English and Spanish¬†daily to answer questions, resolve concerns, and offer advice and solutions amidst difficult solutions.
  • Prepare detailed daily & monthly sales reports containing relevant information on prospects regarding leads, budgets, leads, growth projections, and marketing initiatives.
  • Attend regular meetings as required with the office to discuss individual and company goals and inter-departmental coordination efforts.
  • Organize and coordinate special occasions holiday incentives for employees.
  • Process requests for additional supplies and tracking inventory

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Reliable¬†and¬†detail-oriented¬†with a proven track record of¬†exceptional customer service¬†and¬†results-oriented¬†methods
  • Enthusiastic¬†and¬†positive¬†with¬†excellent multitasking skills
  • Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM’s
  • Highly proficient with computer skills
