GENERAL CLEANING CHECKLIST (1st Time/1 Time)

(Unfurnished & Furnished Home)

KITCHEN  

• • Ceiling surfaces dusted 
  • A/C air ducts dusted 
  • Ceiling fan blades dusted and wiped down if reachable w/2 step ladder
  • Lamps and lights dusted and wiped with a damp cloth 
  • Exterior cabinet surfaces and handles dusted and wiped with a damp cloth (interior per client request on the empty home)
  • Microwave cleaned both internal and external surface and  turntable plate washed
  • Refrigerator exterior surface cleaned top to bottom. 
  • Stovetop cleaned with a grease-fighting solution
  • Oven external surface wiped (**oven interior cleaned per client request)
  • Baseboard (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
  • Kitchen floor vacuumed and mopped
  • Appliances dusted and wiped
  • Backsplash wiped with a damp cloth 

• Fold clean kitchen towels
  

• Garbage removal
  

BATHROOMS

• • Ceiling surfaces dusted
  • A/C air ducts dusted
  • Ceiling fan blades dusted and wiped down if reachable w/2 step ladder
  • Wall surface dusted
  • Mirrors cleaned with a streak-free solution
  • Shower tile backsplash and floor scrubbed clean using bleach
  • Shower glass door & handles cleaned using a streak-free solution
  • Shower tub cleaned using bleach and scrubbed using a white sponge. 

• Faucets and knobs wiped clean

• • Window blinds dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• Wall decor dusted and wiped with a damp cloth 

• • Lighting fixtures dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• Bathroom sink scrubbed

• Bathroom floor  vacuumed and mopped
• Garbage removal
• Fold bathroom towels and adjust rugs
• Baseboard (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
  

BEDROOMS 

• • Ceiling surfaces dusted
  • A/C air ducts dusted
  • Ceiling fan blades dusted and wiped down if reachable w/2 step ladder
  • Lamps and light fixtures dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• Nightstands dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• • Windows dusted and wiped using a streak-free solution
  • Walls dusted top to bottom
  • Doors dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• Bedroom floor vacuumed and moped

• Dresser dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• TV Stand dusted and wiped with a damp cloth

• Window blinds dusted and wiped with a damp cloth
• Furniture dusted and wiped with a damp cloth
• Garbage discarded
  

OTHER AREAS (Living room_Dining room_Office_Lanai_Laundry_)

• • Ceiling surfaces dusted
  • A/C air ducts dusted
  • Ceiling fan blades dusted and wiped down if reachable w/2 step ladder

• Tables dusted and wiped down

• Chairs dusted and wiped down

• • Furniture dusted and wiped down

• Throw pillows adjust on couches

• Walls dusted 

• • Switchplates dusted
  • Wall paintings or pictures dusted 
  • Furniture vacuumed/wiped when applicable 

• Hallways vacuumed and mopped 

• • Floors vacuumed and wiped
  • Baseboards vacuumed 
  • Area rugs vacuumed
  • Fingerprints wiped from wood surfaces
  • Sliding glass doors wiped clean inside and out (maximum of 5 doors) (additional charge per client request)

• Lanai cleaned (additional charge, per client request)
