Our Maintenance Cleaning Checklist is left after each cleaning, it is checked and signed by your cleaner.
Maintenance Cleaning Checklist
Kitchen (Cleaner Initials_______)
- Appliance exteriors cleaned(interior upon request)
- Tables and chairs cleaned
- Microwave exterior/interior cleaned
- Countertops and backsplash disinfected (all items removed and replaced)
- Cabinet fronts cleaned
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected (dishes upon request)
- Floor vacuumed and/or washed
- Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)
- Baseboards dusted
- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frame and switch plates
- Trash emptied
Bathrooms (Cleaner Initials Master_____ BA1_____BA2_____)
- Tub and shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected & rinsed
- Toilets disinfected inside and out
- Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined
- Towels neatly hung and folded
- Countertops disinfected (all items removed & replaced)
- Cabinet fronts cleaned
- Sinks scrubbed and disinfected
- Floor vacuumed and/or washed
- Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)
- Baseboards dusted
- Trash emptied
- Mirrors cleaned

- Beds made (1 set of linens changed: additional is $10)
- Lamps cleaned and lampshades dusted

- Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, door frames and switch plates

- General straightening completed
Other Living Areas, Including Hallways and Stairs

- Hallways and stairs vacuumed and/or washed
- Carpet/rugs vacuumed
- Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)

- Sliding glass doors cleaned inside/out up to 5 panes total
- Lanai cleaned per request(additional fee)
- Trash emptied
- General straightening completed
- Spray air freshener in each room
