Reschedule, Cancellation & Lock- Out Policy

As Organize It continues to grow and expand its mission in bringing harmony into your home with quality, consistent cleanings, we’ve decided to update our late cancellation/ no show policy to deliver the best service possible through a strong team.

Our cleaners are the foundation of our company. To maintain a reputable team, we must provide each cleaning tech with consistency in their daily schedules to prevent loss of wages.

Please review our updated policy below:

RESCHEDULE / CANCELATION / LOCK-OUT POLICY

⇒ General/1st Time and Move out/In Cleaning: Need to CANCEL scheduled service?

  • At least 24 business hours’ notice (excluding weekends) is required. We must adhere strictly to this policy to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
  • If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 24hrs in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
  • Cancelations include: 
    • Unable to gain access to enter home
    • Payment failing
    • No running water
    • No electricity
    • No working A/C 

⇒Notice for recurring clients:

Skip Fee of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly services are subject to an additional fee added to the following cleaning service:

  • Weekly: $10.00
  • Bi-weekly: $15.00
  • Monthly: $35.00

Need to RESCHEDULE your service?

  • We understand life happens, and there are times when changes occur. If you wish to reschedule service, your rescheduled date must be made within 5 business days of your originally scheduled service. 
  • Reschedules made  5  business days out of the original service date are subject to the fee of $10 for each week outside of the regular recurring schedule. 
  • If a cleaning appointment is canceled less than 24hrs in advance, a 50% rate of service will be charged based on the rate of your scheduled service.
